AI EMPLOYEE SERVICES ADDENDUM

(Front-Desk AI, Smart Website AI, Admin + Marketing AI)

This AI Employee Services Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the 24node Terms of Service (“Terms”). If there is a conflict, this Addendum controls only for AI Employee features. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.

By enabling or using any AI Employee service, you agree to this Addendum.


1. Scope of AI Employee Services

24node provides software-based automation tools marketed as “AI Employees,” which may include:

Front-Desk AI: inbound call handling, chat responses, appointment scheduling, message routing

Smart Website AI: website chat assistants, lead capture, FAQ responses, form completion

Admin + Marketing AI: outbound follow-ups, reminders, internal task automation, campaign messaging, CRM actions

AI Employees are software systems, not human workers, agents, representatives, or employees.

They do not possess judgment, intent, legal authority, fiduciary duties, or professional licensure.


2. No Agency, Authority, or Employment Relationship

AI Employees:

Are not authorized to bind you or 24node in any legal agreement

Are not employees, contractors, or agents of either party

May not make representations, guarantees, or commitments on your behalf unless you explicitly configure them to do so—and you accept all resulting risk

You are solely responsible for how AI Employees are presented to end users, including required disclosures that interactions may be automated or AI-driven.


3. Configuration, Prompts, and Control

You retain full control and responsibility for:

Prompts, scripts, workflows, automations, and logic

Business rules, escalation paths, and human handoff conditions

Training data, knowledge bases, and integrated systems

24node does not monitor, approve, or validate your AI configurations for legal, regulatory, or business accuracy.

Misconfiguration is not a service failure.


4. Human Oversight Requirement

You agree that AI Employees:

Must be monitored and periodically reviewed

Must include a clear method for escalation to a human when appropriate

Must not be relied upon as the sole decision-maker for critical matters

You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.


5. Prohibited High-Risk Uses

Unless expressly agreed to in writing by 24node, AI Employees may not be used for:

Medical diagnosis, treatment, or triage

Emergency response or public safety decisions

Legal advice or legal decision-making

Financial advice, credit decisions, or investment recommendations

Law enforcement or surveillance activities

If you use AI Employees for these purposes anyway, you assume all liability.


6. Messaging, Voice, and Consent Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws related to:

Call recording and transcription

Automated or AI-assisted calls and messages

SMS, MMS, email, and voice marketing

TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy, A2P 10DLC, carrier rules, and local regulations

24node provides tools—not legal compliance.

Failure to obtain valid consent is on you.


7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI Employees may generate content, actions, or communications that:

Are factually incorrect

Reflect outdated information

Contain hallucinations or fabrication

Misinterpret user intent

You agree not to rely on AI output without independent verification where accuracy matters.


8. Suspension or Modification of AI Services

24node may suspend, limit, or modify AI Employee functionality if:

Required by law or carrier policy

Necessary to protect platform stability

Misuse or abuse is detected

Third-party providers impose restrictions

AI behavior may change over time due to model updates or system improvements.


9. Indemnification (AI-Specific)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 24node from claims arising out of:

AI-generated communications or actions

Failure to disclose AI usage where required

Regulatory violations caused by AI configurations

Reliance by third parties on AI outputs


10. Acceptance

By enabling or continuing to use AI Employee services, you acknowledge that:

AI is a tool, not a decision-maker.
Responsibility remains human.
Risk follows configuration.



VOICE, SMS, & AUTOMATED COMMUNICATIONS ADDENDUM

(Applies to AI and Non-AI Messaging)

This Addendum applies to all voice, SMS/MMS, email, and automated communications initiated through the Services.


1. Consent & Disclosure

You must obtain, document, and retain verifiable consent for all communications.

Consent must clearly disclose:

Automated and/or AI-generated communications

Message frequency

Opt-out methods


2. Opt-Out & Suppression

You must honor opt-out requests immediately.
You are responsible for suppression lists and compliance.

24node is not responsible for carrier filtering, blocking, or enforcement actions.


3. Recording & Transcription Laws

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable one-party and two-party consent laws.

Required notices must be provided before recording begins.


4. Carrier and Platform Enforcement

Violations may result in:

Immediate suspension

Number revocation

Account termination

Pass-through fines or fees

No refunds for enforcement-related shutdowns.



AI DATA & MODEL LIMITATIONS ADDENDUM


1. No Model Training on Your Data (Unless Stated)

Unless explicitly disclosed otherwise, customer-specific content is not used to train public models.

Data may be processed transiently to deliver the Services.


2. Model Changes & Drift

AI behavior may evolve due to:

Model updates

Provider changes

Prompt adjustments

Context limitations

Consistency is not guaranteed.


3. Explainability Limits

AI Employees cannot always explain why a response was generated.

You accept this limitation as inherent to current AI technology.


4. No Accuracy Guarantees

24node does not guarantee:

Factual correctness

Completeness

Regulatory compliance
